Heike Brunner has set-up a reading for a new play by lawyer-cum-playwrite, William Oosthuizen, Redemption.
The play tells the intertwining story of a journalist trying to recover his career, a woman on parole for murder, and an artist, who find themselves together on an isolated farm. A dark story of lies, deceit, desire, fear, and concealed intentions, Redemption ultimately reveals the power of penitence and absolution.
Performed by Mark Penwill, Jo da Silva, and Heike herself, with stage directions from Jessica Sole.
If you are a director or producer who is looking for a new project, or just an interested party, make your way to The Alexander Bar Theatre this Sunday (5 Feb) at 4pm to watch a rehearsed reading of Redemption. You can contact Heike for a ticket: firstname.lastname@example.org
